My Dad has used them for years, however when I drove from Arkansas to Omaha for the Holiday I was loosing air in my tire and kept having to pull over and fill it up. Concerned with it being the Holiday and having to drive back a few days later we called and they said they would get us in on Christmas Eve. They not only looked at the tire with the concern but all 4. They couldn't find anything causing the issue and told me to bring it back the day after Christmas if the the issue continued. I had no issues after taking the car to them and they did not charge me for their time. Above and beyond and highly recommend them!

UPDATE 12-1-2021 My car was running so bad I started saving for a new transmission and driving my truck to work. It was bad. No check engine light either. I knew it was gonna be bad. So bad. It wasn't. It took them a while to troubleshoot, which means THEY TOOK THE TIME TO TROUBLESHOOT! Instead of a new transmission, it was a new sensor and a few bucks. PFDDBBBBT. WHAT? WHO DOES THAT? So awesome. They are just so awesome. Original review 6 years ago (2015): Took my Santa Fe to these guys after they had already did a good job replacing the timing belt for less than I expected. This time it was for control arms that were rusted and creating a huge safety issue. They got it up on the lift, sent me pictures to my cell about the damage. Then called and said they found a recall on them. I took it to a dealership and got both rear control arms done for FREE. Auto Station didn't charge a dime! Instead of taking my money, they found the recall. I'll never send my car or my friends to another repair shop. Love the honesty and quick, quality work they have done for me. Thanks guys!

We bought two new tires in July. Started having a slow leak in the drivers side new tire. In early September we had new brakes installed. By that time we were filling the tire once to twice a week. I asked them to check the new tire and see why it was leaking. When they checked I was told no holes, did not see why it had leaked. So in October, my husband was filling the tire every other day. On the way home from work he filled it again, because he had filled it on the way to work. Overnight the tire went flat. My husband didn't notice it and pulled out of the driveway and down two houses and came right back into the driveway. The tire had come off the rim.I called Auto Station, let them know about the tire. I was assuming that it was ruined. Lance called a little later, he was going to make a hose call to get the tire and rim. A short time later he brought them back. The tire was ok, but he put a new one on. The rim was not clean enough for the tire to stay on the rim, too much rust was on the inside. Tire could not hold a seal. Lance put the tire on the truck and he said no charge it has been their mistake. Really he could have charged me for the tire, a new rim, and the house call. I was ready to pay for it all. But he was honest!!!!!! Thanks Lance and Auto Station!!!!

The owner is honest. For me, that's about the only qualification that matters when choosing a mechanic. When a $1300 dollar fix didn't take care of my issue, they installed a brand new catalytic converter for free out of their own pocket. You will not find that kind of honesty and service at a dealership.

I was an out of state customer (Maryland), who had just bought a car from a car auction but encountered some issues with the car. I was going to drive for over 18hrs, so I needed the car to be fixed properly and quickly. At auto station, once the car was towed there, a diagnostic testing was done and they found a whole lot of issues. I asked them to fix the serious ones and issues that could stop the car while driving. They went to work and were giving me periodic updates until all was done. I'm particularly appreciative because they could have taken advantage of the fact that I was out of state but that wasn't the case. Major issues were resolved perfectly, timely and within reasonable cost. I drove for over 18hrs with no issues or any resemblance of issues. They did a great job, to which, I'm grateful. The previous shop said I needed to either replace the head or buy a new engine. I called them up and told them about my problem. It was time for our 2012 Subaru Outback 105,000.maintenance I was struggling with taking it to the dealer or giving these guys a shot. The reviews were great but more importantly, they seemed to really know what they were talking about when it comes to Subarus. This was not a little job. Replacing the timing belt, water pump, gaskets, spark plugs, etc. Cutting to the chase, I am so glad to discover these guys. They are honest, will give you their best opinion, and do really quality work. My Subaru runs like new. I will take my cars there until they close.

Spectacular, as always! I took a car that had been sitting on concrete for six years or more in to these guys. Three days later I had a working car! And for a smaller amount than I thought! I've been a customer for several years and I can't say nice enough things. Good people.

We have been there a couple times for some pretty major repairs. Each time, it's been done on time, and once, it came out a little cheaper. They have been honest with us, and they are super friendly.

My father suggested bringing my vehicle here from his own experience. My first visit, they were entirely honest about my drive belt which a car dealer pushed on replacing, but autostation said it looked brand new and to use that money on something that is needed. Since then, I decided this place was my vehicles repair shop and I live 30 miles away. It's not every day you find honest mechanics. I'm sitting at autostation as I give this review and am confident that my vehicle will be in good hands and repaired correctly.

I've experienced nothing but honest and fair dealings combined with great customer service. I don't write reviews often and don't usually trust repair and maintenance places (car, home, electronic repair, etc.). I've learned to do a lot myself because of it. But I always use Auto Station. Vehicles have really changed since I started working on them. They take the time to explain their assessment and will always take me into the garage to walk through things if I don't understand something. I personally wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. When we couldn't figure out what was wrong with my best friends car, they took her in and figured it out and within reason it cost way less than Certified Transmission wanted and they fixed it perfectly. Trust these people! Regardless of if you can get it cheaper somewhere else, their quality and service is worth more.

Lance and his team are top notch! There are very few shops that with whom I would trust my vehicle in the Omaha area and Auto Station is top among them. The prices Auto Station charges are much lower than any auto dealers service and repair garage. I just took my car in over the weekend & had thought my breaks were bad. It just needed an oil change & a nail in my tire. Easy fix. Well, my luck, next day got another hole in my (SAME) tire. Fixed me up real quick. Love these people & will not take my SUV any where else. SO glad I stumbled across it.

My daughter's car was incorrectly towed to the Auto Station. After a frantic search to find the car along Q street it was located in the back lot of the Auto Station. The Auto Station crew had looked over the car and helpfully printed out the code problem the dealer would need to fix. They did not charge for the diagnostic time they spent on the car. Great, honest, and helpful shop. I broke down in Omaha traveling from Denver to Chicago. The towing company recommended Auto Station and the reviews on google were positive. I was met with nothing but hospitality. My car was seen to quickly and an honest diagnosis was given and better yet they steered me in the right direction for some good food and a beer while I waited. This place, like other comments say, is simply amazing. They weren't even open today since it was New Years Day and he still told me over the phone he would look at our Jeep today. We agreed we could fix it tomorrow but I would stop by today. So I did. Not only did he check the problem on his day off, he fixed it. On the spot. Woke up with an overheated jeep and about an hour later drove home a very satisfied new customer. Strongly recommend this place. You will NOT be disappointed.

Our tire started going flat on the interstate. We pulled up at 19 psi, they drove us right into the garage and fixed our tire with a plug immediately. With only 1 hour left until closing. We didn't even have to get all four kids out of the car. They were amazing!

Dylan at Auto Station was great. My family was on vacation in Omaha and our car broke down and we had to have it towed on a Friday night. We knew nothing about Auto Station, but that is where insurance towed it too. We were stranded at our hotel, but decided to take the shuttle to the zoo the next day. Dylan called promptly in the morning to let us know he was looking at our car and would call when he knew more. He called two more times during the day with a diagnosis, estimate, and disposition. He was incredibly friendly. When we told him we were at the zoo and stuck there (obviously without a car), he accepted credit card payment over the phone. Overall, the price was very reasonable. Car seems to be fixed and running great. It was hassle free with very friendly service. We are very thankful.
